My Story
My name is Kateryna Hotsaliuk
Since as far back as I can remember, I've had a passion for cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. It's no surprise that my culinary journey led me to a culinary college. Now, happily married with two children—one of whom is a little food enthusiast.​

As any parent knows, a balanced and nutritious diet is crucial for our family's well-being. However, like many moms, I sometimes find myself pressed for time when it comes to preparing meals, especially with a little one who has a hearty appetite. When my child transitioned to solid foods, I encountered the common struggle of balancing a busy schedule with the need for healthy and convenient meal options.

Recognizing the difficulty of finding wholesome and quick-to-prepare food in stores, I decided to take matters into my own hands. With Delish Delights, I can now open the freezer, spend just 15 minutes, and have a delicious lunch ready. This not only ensures that my family enjoys nutritious meals but also gives me the precious time to focus on my own desires and well-being.
